Taiwanese Mushroom Chicken Tender pieces of chicken stir fried with several types of mushrooms, broccoli, carrot and bamboo shoots in a rich sesame - soy sauce. 10

Thinly sliced beef wok seared with garlic,

Iza comes from the Japanese word Izakaya. Izakayas are traditional Japanese sake pubs which serve a variety of Asian dishes. We try to use as much local produce and meats as possible. We would like to thank the Western Montana Growers Co-op, Clark Fork Organics, and the Missoula Farmer's Market for providing local produce. All of our dishes are made from real ingredients with no artificial flavors or fillers, so slight variances in flavor profiles are to be expected.
